Product Research
- The Art department and the Product Research receives the information regarding the client’s needs, product preferences and choices.
- A detailed presentation is prepared based on the market trends, feasibility and customer’s previous choices.
- The presentation is then shared with the sales team to finalize the products.
- The finalized products with basic specification are given to the design team for customization as per the customer’s brand guidelines/interests/suggestions.
Concepts & Presentation
- The Art Team starts creating concepts using design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Auto CAD & Solidworks.
- Once the concepts are completed, it is shared with the Sales Team.
- The Sales Team presents the concepts to the client and shares the feedback with the Art Team.
- The Art Team makes the necessary changes and tweaks, updates the final concepts.
Spec-Sheet Design
- The Art Team creates a specification sheet of the product that includes the dimensions, colors used, materials used, logo and other branding details, the imprint method of the design on the product, the product barcode (UPC), compliance labels and callouts.
- This artwork goes through two steps of proofreading. The preliminary proofreading by the design team and the secondary proofreading by the Quality department.
- This artwork is then shared with the sales team for client’s approval.
Final Specs
- The Art team shares the approved final artwork with the sourcing team for production.

Supplier Identification
- Our Sourcing department gathers information from Google, exhibitions/trade shows, magazines/buyer guide and references and finalizes a suitable supplier
Supplier Qualification
- An audit is performed to analyze the process capability, infrastructure capacity and the financial stability of the supplier
Business Case Proposal
- Quotation is requested and the mode of payment gets finalized
Product Qualification
- Sample gets developed through the shared details and sent to the client for approval

Production Planning
Procurement and material management criteria are taken care of to ensure raw materials and other necessary requirements are prepared

PPS Review & Approval
Review of the pre-production sample is performed by fulfilling the requirement of the product prototype
Testing & Certification
Testing and certification based on FDA and CPSC confirm the safety requirements of the products
Inspection
The team personally visits and audits the factory outlet during the production of the products

Receiving orders from clients
FCL/LCL/Air shipment orders are received from clients
Shipping Quotes
Suitable shipping quotes from various shipping lines, co-loaders, airlines and freight forwarders are finalized
Shipping Routes
Suitable shipping/ocean routes are finalized that make safe and on-time delivery
Freight Booking & Follow-up
Post the finalization of shipping routes, the freight gets booked and the shipping lines are followed-up and tracked to get the departure and final port arrival dates
Coordinate with freight
Logistics team follows-up with the freight for on-time delivery to directly ship the products to client’s warehouse
POD
The team then follows-up to confirm the delivery of the products through a receipt signed by the consignee and closes the billing
